MK Airlines was in a position where, having enjoyed rapid growth, their commercial team was under increasing pressure. They were having to handle the increasingly complex tasks of scheduling, costing and customer relations. A proposal was put before upper management to better employ their existing IT infrastructure to ease the load on the commercial department; the advantages were quite evident and MK asked us to go ahead with the project.

Development

The need having been established, a requirements statement was drafted for consideration by Information Logisics. We responded with a proposed specification which detailed three month development cycle to be followed by a month on-site for user training, data migration and co-operative deployment into their environment.

The development was completed on-time and on-budget and a team was sent to the UK in January 2005 to commision the software.
